When you do.....do you see the city you live in? Can you fly fast?
Have you ever seen the dark lights, blacker than the night?
What are they?
I only dream like this when I am very happy or very sad.

I live in the bush... so no city lights for me! I have flown over the lake - in the lake... the smells are really vibrant, as well as the feel and touch of the air. Strange though... in every flying dream I've ever had, the world is reversed. Left is right, right is left. I have never experienced dark lights... everything is full of radiance. Enjoy your dreams!

I dream about flying when I'm awake. Starting out early with the sun to my back going to California. Wonderful trip. I usually stop in Kansas on the way back, because the people are so nice and the land is flat for emergency landings. I haven't had that problem yet. I need a copilot, If you know anyone. I need someone to work on my project to save the world, maybe that's why I fly. I don't dream much, but it used to be heights, for being over my head. You can be over your head flying and it's good or at times it can also be scarry. What're you doing that is so heady or exciting? And what's your age? I'd guess everthing is going pretty good for you now, but if we're not careful or even if we are the daily unnoticed questions in life add up to problems. We think every day is the same, but it's not. There are things all around that are adding to our information and creating questions to answer. The mind updates it's pictures constantly to give you the most up to date answers. If you ask a question, it starts from scratch, considers everything, ever and comes up with the latest 'state of the you'. And fresh answers from that new view to. Actually if you can see that dream now and ask what things mean in it, your mind is friendly and it will give you some very interestng answers. Instead of telling you how you feel about something, you can actually feel it. The words paint a picture and you can almost see what kind of picture it's working from. The things you can get out of your mind can be vast so that an ancient saying is that it will tell you everything. It is dissapointed though that you are out of communication with it. After all it's you and yet you think of it as if it were an animal or something subhuman. You treat it so badly, it really want's to talk with you. It can get lonely up there. Oddly enough it loves you and most people don't love what, in fact, is themselves. Oh well, it goes on an on. Let it. Fun and true too.

If I understand the question, I have, occasionally, dreamed about flying under my own power.
In such dreams, I fly incredibly fast. It's always daytime & the sun is shining. I've never seen cities, but mostly rolling green hills below me.
I'm not sure what "dark lights" are, but I'm sure I've never seen them. They sound terrifying & I've never felt that while dream-flying.

I dremt I was sky diving... does that count? I've never done it when I was awake but it was such a great feeling. I just landed in a farm of some sort. Very weird.
I dont know what they mean though.
