This was a question I used to ask when I was 10. But we do not always mature at the same rate. You see, its labeled "Faith" because it requires trust. Like you have "faith" your mother will not harm you intentionally (if u come from a good family). You see, if God was to be clearly visible to everyone, where would the test be in that? If your teachers was to give you the right answers during the test, one would have to be extremely stupid to still fail that one. But humans must strive for perfection- its not possible to perfect oneself (at least not on earth), but at least you can die knowing that you tried your best. Using our abilities to critically think, and yet to be humble enough to regard our flaws, and that constant journey for self-improvement is determines how far you've gone in life. Bill Gates may feed ten billion people because he has the means to do so- but that still does not mean his act of charity would be any more significant than a person who can only afford to smile at his neighbor, or feed one needy person.
I believe in God because I have humbled myself enough to know that there are greater things than I. That there is a world that continues with or without me. And that I feel that life is not something that just ends at death. I believe that all men may not look the same or think the same way, but we are of one people with differences that we must work out. I believe that I will face happy times and very harsh times, and that every moment is a moment of testing- even if you've won a million dollars. That is why I raise my right index finger and say "There is no god but Allah, and that Muhammad is His final messenger". (Of course Jesus was also a messenger of God) Anyone who disagrees with Islam have not obliged themselves to enough though- Its like a math equation, there are different thought processes, but there's only one true answer.

I have faith their is a God as a result of putting into practice the commands of Jesus from the Bible.

John 8:31-32 "To the Jews who had believed him, Jesus said, "If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."

Romans 10:17 "Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word of Christ."

The Bible is little more than a history book to those who don't believe, but to those that do it is the backbone to their faith.

Hebrews 11:1 ""Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see."

Good luck!

Turn to page Matthew 27:46 you will see the word Eli, that's is God name. Does that almost sound like Allah. Some may pronouce it that way. Remember over 1,000 of years words may have been changed by sounds for other countries. Maybe Allah means God the same way we beleive. I do not know but I am guessing here.

God is the creator of all things, if you want to know and understand him more then you should read the bible. That's how you develope your personal relationship with him. Also by praying and attending a church that you feel is right for you. The bible tells us not to forsake the assembly of the saints, so please don't be ignorent of the fact and think that you can grow in God without going to church. faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. It's just believing. You believe that there is air in the atmosphere even though you can't see it right? same with God, just because you don't physically see him waliking the earth doesn't mean he isn't there. Read 1 peter 1:8

Quit agonizing over things that don't exist. Get used to the idea that gods of any sort are not real and you will live a happier life. Don't believe me? Right now you seem in turmoil about your beliefs. I'm an Atheist and once I came to realize that all religion is just so much bullsh*t I then found the peace I was after.

Because He sent His Son Jesus to die on the cross for our sins, please read John chapter 3 verse 16. God doesn't need to do a miracle for you to believe in Him, you just have to believe He is who He says He is and accept Him as your Lord and Savior.

I have faith in God because He has been with me when I cried myself to sleep, He has been there in the good times and bad even when I didn't want anything to do with Him. He says in the Bible that He will never leave you or forsake you.

He loved you enough to die...isn't that a miracle enough? Do you know the real meaning of Easter? It symbolizes the 3rd day when Jesus was raised from the dead to show us that we can have victory over death because the soul never dies and it is our choice who we serve, God or sin...we can't serve both and please God.

I chosen the religion that felt /appropriate/ to me. Which exchange into Christianity. Granted, i've got faith in numerous issues that maximum Christians, yet i've got faith in God and Jesus. even although, i don't have faith every physique else has to have faith this. i don't not have faith in one real God or one real faith. i've got faith each guy or woman has a non secular/non secular theory that matches them appropriate and interior the top that's no remember while you're a reliable guy or woman or a bad guy or woman.

Blessed art thou who believes but did not see. remember Thomas? His disciple that did not believe that He resurrected and he believes it only when Jesus showed Himself to him. It is simple the world would be a lot better if God existed because without God what would be there to hope for?
