Sorry but Ovechkin sucks. He's overrated and his elitist attitude is exactly the kind of thing that ruins hockey. He'll play dirty until someone touches him and then he'll cry about it...
Anyway, I might be a little biased but I really think that Brian Gionta is one of the most underrated and fun to watch players in the league right now. It's really a shame that he got robbed out of a spot on this year's all star team.

Definitely Ovechkin.
The people who say Sid??? Yeah, really exciting to watch him pass...
I attached the crazy highlight goal from last year. That's like the most amazing goal in what like the last 20 years? How many other goals stand out in your head like that one?
Maybe some of these ring a bell:
MAY DAY! MAY DAY! MAY DAY! (That was a great goal, expecially since LaFontaine was lying down almost like Ovechkin to make a pass to Brad May on a breakaway, who then makes a deke like he's a Hall of Fame goal scorer.)
The college goal where the player from Michigan is behind the goal and scoops up the puck onto his blade and wraps it around up under the crossbar.
Forsberg gold medal winning goal vs. Corey Hirsch.
Those were like the most memorable goals in the last 15 years. Trust me, they'll still be talking about and showing Ovechkin's on-his-back-behind-his-head goal 15 years from now...

i'd say ovechkin...its just so exciting when he gets the puck coz you know that he can do something awesome and close to being unbelievable...

In no particular order
Jagr,Crosby,Ovechkin, Havlat,Hossa. Kovulchuk, Hemsky,Afinegenov,Malkin,Staal and Andrew Raycroft the Leafs goalie because you never know where it is going to wind up.

hands down heatly of ottawa.--he scores almost every game and is a beast on the ice.--there are other great players old and new like crosby but when heatly comes down that ice theres no denying that experince
