For example, it is easy to contact friends near and far due to Instant Messaging.

Downloading stuff and buying stuff online is also usually less hassles than going to actual stores and buying it.

For research purposes, it is also very helpful, you can compare local prices and compare it to online store prices, giving you a fair chance for comparison and idea if a store is overcharging.

And due to the fact that on the internet has just about anything you can think of....... It has nearly unlimited uses. As many as a normal person can do in real life.

I use the internet for work, school, games, and look up information .. that is the great thing about the internet billions of ppl go on it many for the same reason but so many for millions of different reasons and yet they can all find what they are looking for
