The graph of y= - 12 x 2square shifted 12 units below the origin..
This is a parabola thing..

Pretty much the same as your other one.
original: y = -12x^2
new: (y + 12) = -12x^2

no i dun think thats quite right
if its shifted DOWN 12 units from the origin
shouldnt the new equation be
(y - 12) = -12x^2
