AND what does an indicator indicate-end point and equivalence point?

Equivalence point is the point where all of the acid/base in the beaker is titrated by the titre. However, it is chemically impossible to add exactly enough titre to stop at the point. The point you end at will always be a little higher/lower pH, depending on your titration. You will always add a little more acid/base unintentionally, and when you actually stop the titration, the pH at that point is the end point.

Indicator indicates end point, because there is no indicator around the pH=7 range, which is the equivalence point pH. Phenolphthalein indicates a pH of 9, which is around the pH range of a usual titration end point.

The equivalence point is the point where there is an equal amount of acid and base (in an acid-base titration). The pH at this point is not necessarily 7 but depends on the relative equilbrium constants of the acid and base.

The end point is when you stop adding your titrant usually when your indicator changes color. An indicator is used to let you know when you have reached a specific pH.

equivalence point is theoretical while endpoint is experimental... meaning endpoint can be achieve through visual activity and equivalence point can be achieve through computation.

an indicator indicates its endpoint if it changes color.
while equivalence point indicates by graphing a titration curve
