i have severe depression and mental disabilities suc as axiety as well. i cry very easily. but most of the time i get very lonely and i hate it. what can i do to stop feeling this way?

take some time to reflect on your personal values. try to consider why you feel such things. perhaps you had a forgotten issue that makes you feel lonely though your unconscious of it.

a good way to get rid of loneliness is to spend time with other people. try opening up and socializing. talk to your friends. sometimes, people just want to listen and help.

with regards to the anxiety, don't sweat the small stuff. not everything is meant to be perfect or go according to plan. facing the unexpected and inevitable is what makes people resourceful.

crying easily isn't exactly something to be ashamed of. it just proves your rather sensitive. still, remember that sometimes the reasons for your crying are there so that you could learn and be stronger.

I sympathize with you. I have the same problem. I suffer from depression and panic attacks.

I wish I knew the answer on how to get rid of loneliness, but I don't. :(

You should see a Psychiatrist he can give you medicine that will help. Some people have a chemical imbalance in their brain. It's no disgrace anymore than a broken arm.

get involved in a church or a organization that helps family's or kids like UNICEF or the peace corps or even in the church that you attend. go on line and meet friends like us, plant a garden or fix the house clean cook keep busy and this problem will then fade away,

My gf makes me feel soo good
And also find god.... Hypocrites dont coment on me
But also having a partner does kinda bring some heartache (argumens etc.)
