Ok, well it's kind of a long story....but

I'm 19 years old

My ex girlfriend whom I broke up with a few months ago is causing some trouble. She is still in love with me, even though I have moved on and I am now currently in a new relationship. Tonight, she got drunk with some of her new friends and kept calling my cell phone and bothering me. I was also at a party tonight (more like a gathering of friends) of which my new g/f attended. Well my ex g/f knows my new girlfriend's cell phone number (long story on that one) and called her up (and this was after my new g/f left the party). My ex g/f called my new g/f names and then asked to speak with me. But of course I wasn't there because my new g/f was at home. So my new g/f called me up telling me that some girl is calling her and asking to speak with me. I was infuriated. I called up my ex and basically let her have it.
Another note: my ex has been following cars that leave my driveway...she followed my brothers friend the other day

For any of you that got through that story...is there any sort of legal action I can take. Maybe a harassment charge or some type of restraining order. Assuming she keeps up this bullcrap. I am falling with my new g/f and I don't want her to break up with me after putting up with this crap, she doesn't need this.

<>Think simpler. Start by getting new cell phone numbers for you and the new g/f.

You can try harassment and getting a restraining order, but since most of the story didn't actually involve you, I don't know what sort of case you can make. But those are definitely an option, nonetheless.
Good luck!

you can get a restraining order, that will be helpful.
