Once you get decree of divorce issued by any family court in India it becomes legal document recognized by all authorities whether in India or anywhere in the world. Whoever told you that divorcee can’t marry a NRI in London is a DAMMFOOL having no knowledge of LAW. The British immigration authorities are only interested in the Marriage Certificate that is issued to you when you marry the NRI in London & the marriage authorities/registrar/officer issues the marriage certificate only when he/she is satisfied that both parties to the marriage are either unmarried or divorcee & for the purpose of this satisfaction he/she will check & get the said decree of divorce checked through his/her source of its authentic. So where is the question that a divorcee who gets married will not be issued a spouse visa once she remarries & is no more having divorcee status now?????

what you have heard is absolutely wrong. You can get married and there is no reason why he wont get a spouse visa. Unless and until he is the one who gave you this information, you can be assured that he is trying to run away from you when you say you want to get married to him. Anyone can get married after a legal divorce and there is no way you could be stopped from getting a spouse visa. Be sure that he isnt playing with ur feelings.

If you are in London I would do the wedding for you. I cant see why you wont get a visa, after all, you will be legally married. The Embassy are the best people to speak to after you are married. If they refuse then it becomes a Human Right issue which your new husband would take up for you and it may have to go to court which would cost the Embssy thousands. So, it would be in their best interest to let you come and live with your husband. call me, lets chat xazab@hotmail.co.uk

If your divorce is legal and finalized, why should you not be able to get re-married?

IF THIS DIVORCE IS IN THE COURT AND LEGAL IN ALL THE WAY THEN THAT CLAUSE WILL NOT APPLY YOU.
