How can I get my previous host to unlock my domains??

I had the horrible service by 1and1.com and I left them because they totally mistreated me. Now they have all my domains on lock and I can't transfer them to my new host. Anyone know of a way I can get my domains back? Thanks

get a lawyer have him call them they will gag and unlock them.
