the lumps could be milk starting to produce slowly but i have no idea what the pain in your stomach is. You should go to your doctor if you ever have any questions.

Those bumps around the nipple always show up during pregnancy. The medical name for them is Montgomery's Tubercules, but all you really need to know is that they're normal and harmless. They're not pimples, so don't try to pop them.
Your tummy might be feeling like it's going to burst because your digestion gets slowed down during pregnancy. You can increase your fiber intake (eat more green veggies, have raisin bran or oatmeal for breakfast, or take metamucil) if you've noticed that you don't have to poo as often, or if it's hard to poo when you do go. You can also try taking a walk after dinner...that always worked the best for me.
Is the pain you get in your stomach down low and on the sides? It's probably round ligament pain, which can hurt really bad, but isn't dangerous.
I hope you're seeing a doctor already. My best friend had her first son when she was 15 and she almost died when he was born, because she'd been too scared to see a doctor right up to the point when she went to the hospital to have him and they didn't know the opening in her pelvis was very small, and that she was anemic.

Both the breasts and digestion system do "odd" things during pregnancy (ever get the strange urge to eat odd food?). You're probably beginning to lactate (create milk) -- but, since you're going to the doctor anyway to get the stomach cramps checked out, have him look at the lumps.
During non-pregnancy, always look at the lumps, because breast cancer is an important issue with women.

Im no doctor, but do your parents know that you are pregnant?? dont worry about the nipple lumps, im pregnant and have them too., but im wondering why your tummy feels like its about to burst? is the pain in your stomach like a HORRIBLE horrible cramp??? I got those with my first pregnancy So Bad i was crying on the floor, they were contractions, i had them start around 13 weeks.. you need to tell your parents you are pregnant or your boyfriends parents. and i think you are going to be okay. but you need to talk to a doctor about this.

Go to planned parenthood...and figure out who is going to raise that baby while you finish school, and learn how to improve your spelling.
Breasts do lots of weird things while a woman is pregnant, most likely it's totally normal; The whole stomach pain thing needs immediate attention so go to the clinic right away it could be a miscarriage or it could just be severe morning sickness either way you should check it out.
Hope everything goes well; and please for you and your baby finish school or at least get your g.e.d, you cant raise a child on minimum wage! God Bless

Schedule an appointment with your doctor ASAP. I say tell them about your breast and your stomach pains..., just to be on the safe side.
Or look in the phone book and call ask a nurse.

You need to see your Dr. You should not be having any pain.
As for the rash, it could be just from the swelling of your breasts rubbing on your clothes. Try using a moisturizing cream on them.
