I already am. I teach English in Japan and it is a lot of fun. It's a great challenge teaching people a new tool for communication. It shows them how we express ideas, which in turn lets them compare it with their own language and understand cultural differences. If you teach English, you can get a job pretty much anywhere in the world.

It's interesting to teach English in other countries... because it's like a blank slate, they don't know or understand the slang native English speakers take for granted. In general, none of us speak proper English, to teach and hear a student speak it properly would be odd... but amusing.
