oh my dear lord, this is FOUL stuff! i'm chugging it and shuddering while i do it!

i tried diluting it a bit with water, and it definitely helped, but i figure better to just drink it straight. wouldn't water also dilute the effectiveness?

man, what we women have to put up with... lol

Why is it unsweetened? I buy pure cranberry juice and it has natural sugar in it, I also take cranberry pills, as does my female dog for bladder stones.. I never heard that it had to be unsweetened juice and I always used Ocean Spray.

You can get cranberry capsules at the store. try Walmart or Target pharmacies. You need to drink lots of water. Cranberry juice does not cure a UTI. What it does is help keep the bacteria from sticking to the wall of the bladder. The key is alot of water.

It works just as well if you dilute it 50/50 or even less-
once I did it 1/4 juice and 3/4 water, its easier to get down
and you can drink it more often. Don't torture yourself
drinking it straight, the uti is bad enough pain withour
adding more.

You can drink the regular cranberry juice, just make sure it's not the "juice cocktail" kind. That has added sugar in it which can actually make a UTI worse. If you already have an UTI, cranberry juice will not cure it. It can prevent them, but not cure them.
