I'm not normally one for a lot of government interference, but anybody who thinks the FDA should be shut down has no idea why it's in place to begin with and should find out. That's probably too much to ask though. The FDA is a necessary evil because the food industry was giving people dangerous food. That is, unless you think we should all grow and/or kill our own food where it wouldn't be necessary.

I would sue McDonalds the most if i had to choose. It's an easy choice to choose among so many food businesses. From watching "Super Size" me, I felt McDonalds is giving out pretty crappy food. This is how I personally feel. I have eaten its food a lot in the past and this year, but now reconsider eating it based on watching the movie. The reason it's crappy is that it is supposed to be very bad on your health( high in trans fat). Now, I look at a lot of food and see it as waste. A lot of legislation could be and should be passed prohibiting food that has highly negative impact on one's health upon eating. McDonald's is high in trans fat, so it clogs arteries and etc.
In reality I would not sue them due to me not able to afford sueing them in federal court. I would also lose anyways. They have a business right to sell whatever they want to sell, and I'm only one individual. They are a huge multi-billion dollar corporation. I'll just not buy their food.

Well i would say all the crap that sells at GMC, i link food to stuff like that becuase of the FDA (food and drug administration)

All those "buff me up" creatine bottles offake powder are all lies, not half the stuff in them are on the labels. So far there is no law stating they have to have the exact amounts of everything on the label becuase it is not a drug, just a supplement

I would like to sue a water company called Culligan.

Because their water is supposed to be PURE and DRINKABLE and is supposed to be safe to put in your fishtank, but I used it in my fishtank and two of my fish died.

I ran to the store really quick and bought some chlorine eliminator and VOILA all the rest of my fish survived..

So apparently Culligan has chlorine in their SO CALLED FRESH AND PURE DRINKING WATER.

Don't drink culligan!

Round Table Pizza. They print full personal information on their receipts including your full credit card number, expiration date, name, address, etc. What's to keep the delivery person from stealing someone's identity?

well, it's the peoples choice to eat the food, so McD's is out o the question... probably Hostess... my little sister did a project on their twinkies once. and if you leave a twinkie out for extended periods of time, it will eventually solidify and turn to stone. not actual stone, but as hard as stone. isn't that creepy.
