Maybe an MBA with a focus on international business or management. There are tons of schools in the US that offer MBAs.

I have heard good stuff about Thunderbird: http://www.thunderbird.edu/

If you want to do graphic design an MBA is not the right degree. An MBA is a management degree, but you can be very creative with an MBA. MBAs, on the creative side, can design systems, make advertising and marketing campaigns and solve problems. You can major in marketing, that way you can work in graphic design, but you would not do much designing. If you want to work in this area you might want to look at an internship program in the field.

As far as schools, find one with a strong recruitment program and a high rank. Rank wouldn't mean anything except employers pay attention to it.
