Um. Does the sperm have a chance of cooling from the sac to the fallopian tubes? The little swimmers must be delivered immediately or they die. Use a condom because other swimmers are not so nice.

Any activity that can result in sharing of body fluids can conceiveably result in pregnancy. So yes it is possible, depends on you definition of foreplay.
