I hope I have not driven over 110, but I def have broken 100, and I THINK I remember doing 116 once in a brand new Corvette that had a top speed of 142.

E. above 110. I was actually shaking down my 1970 Nova. I passed an exit doing 120, but the Tennessee State Trooper didn't catch up to me until the next exit. He then ordered me to get out of the car. He asked me if I had any idea how fast I was going. I said, no sir I don't. I knew exactly how fast I had been going! I was proud of it!! He said, " I clocked you at 84 mph!!"
I said, "Oh My God, I was going that fast?!!!!
He then wrote me a ticket and sent me on my way!

I think it was 120. My ex was completely freaked out and I had to slow down. He is fearful of my driving. Which I don't understand because I have not been any accidents and I only have 1 speeding ticket. Hes the type that hits the imaginary pedals on the passenger side. I guess he shouldn't have gotten a DUI and he drive himself.

E+ 200 MPH plus! My speedometer pegged out past 160! Calculated it from rpm to relative speed.
Stupid I am! My tires were not designed for that!

E - and I don't know how I kept from killing myself or someone else. My son was visiting my sister and broke his arm. They would not do surgery until I got there. I drove the 200 miles in no time, but I don't recommend it to anyone else and I'd never do it again.
