Go to a library and ask if the papers are archived. If you go to a library in San Antonio, they likely have the papers microfilmed, and you can scroll through the film of the years you want, When you find the article, you can likely do a print, for a fee.

Your best bet is to go to a library, public or university.

If you're not in San Antonio, contact the library there by phone...they should be able to assist.
