How come the slightest little thing you say can set off a tard? You would think that cause of their mental/physical condition they would keep the tone down.

I work with developmentally disabled people and "the slightest little thing" doesn't seem to set them off. And another thing, even if they did get set off easier, it's probably because they are so used to being called "tards" that they've been conditioned to be on the defensive.
