They say it's good for a female to finish after the male because it's like a vaccum. But the female doesn't even have to concieve. You still can conceive if he finger's you. If you raise your hips before he finishes the sperm have no where to go but up. Do this for about 20-30 min after he finishes. I did it and i am now expecting. Yippi

This is not a good practice if you're trying to conceive. Your convulsions make it harder for the little spermies to wiggle up, though not impossible. A female climax has nothing (unfortunately to do with it - or rather - best to come first). Try sliding a pillow under your fanny right after, an old, try-it-anyway aid for the sperms' journey.

there's no need for you to finish for you to get pregnant. you will still be able to get pregnant if you don't . it may just better your chances slightly but it's not guaranteed.

google "shettles method". also, as long as his penis is in your vagina, you can get pregnant. The woman doesnt HAVE to have orgasm first.
