I mean In ALMOST all of his movies envolving vicious animals he gets eaten, in the others he get shot, or otherwise killed. I love his movies but noticed his characters rarely come out of them undamaged.

YES!!!
he dies in many movies like for example when he is explaining on the movie deep blue sea how the people were going to try and get out the shark jumps up from behind him and kills him!!!

I never really thought about it, I was too busy watching the movie to form comparitive judgements. And it was a good movie I thought, which is all that really matters to me. Perhaps the film makers thought that the audience would expect Jackson to die, so they did the opposite to keep the audience in suspense right to the end.
His character was unharmed in the film "Coach Carter," which is pretty recent. I'm sure there are many others too, but I know he was shot in "The Negotiator", and sooo many others, so I think your right.

Not really he was like the hero so of course they were going to follow the rest of the obvious stereotypes and have the hero survive in the end....♥

I would fire my agent if I was him! Just the title is freaking so stupid it's funny! Oh have you heard that the sequel is coming out...Snakes On A Sleigh, only Santa isn't so lucky.

A character as big as him doesnt "die" out of movies.
