What is traditionally thought of as yoga, the sitting and humming to ones self, or the slow movements usually are not helpful in getting LDL and Triglycerides down.

Dont just look at your triglyceride count, but look at the over ratio, good to bad cholestorol. Native alaskans have some cholestorol that is off the charts however are rather health because of the ratios. What ratio is good or bad, I honestly dont know offhand, you should ask your doctor what is good for you.

The best way to "convert" LDL (Low Density Lipoproteins) to HDL (High Dens......) is excercise, get out and get the cardiac output up, work up a sweat, eat less cholestorol ladden foods and go more for the fish and other Omega-3 fatty acids.. which are the HDLs.

Hm, possibly we are waiting to alter thoughts. I genuinely have chop up ends and that i could decide directly to repair them using weightlifting techniques. ldl cholesterol is a genetic and nutritional undertaking. Do asanas substitute your DNA, weight-help plan, or the biochemical reaction chains that alter your ldl levels of cholesterol? Does bench-pressing microscopically glue the ends of my hair returned at a similar time?

Hm, maybe we can swap ideas. I have split ends and I'd like to repair them using weightlifting techniques.
Cholesterol is a genetic and dietary issue. Do asanas change your DNA, diet, or the biochemical reaction chains that regulate your cholesterol levels? Does bench-pressing microscopically glue the ends of my hair back together?

For this I would request u to consult a Yoga teacher, and get the asans performed before him, for optimum results.
U should Join THE ART OF LIVING CLASSES and get all ur problems solved.
