I don't know about other men, but in my case my sexual drive actually increased when I turned 40. I am now 44 and it has not dropped off in any way yet.

yes it is true with all guys i don't care what anyone tells you when a guy is 15 the wind can blow and give him an erection 5 times a day at 21 he is more mature wind wont do it and 5 times a day with a woman wont happen at 30 it is less often at 40 at 50 . Now a man thinks about sex about every 15 min. but that is not having sex and at 45 he may meet a new love and have an increase in sex but pills doctor's whatever he will never go back with the drive he had at 15

It's all about how close you two are. Trust me. When you start to feel like you're constantly defending yourself in a relationship, the sexual drive takes a downward spiral. Having kids for example, can cause one of you to question the other's contribution causing a lot of fights. That's a drive killer in its own.
But besides the obvious of having a deteriorating relationship, there's the other possibility that it's at a standstill. Sometimes, couples need to find ways to inject change back into the relationship. In other words, get out of your routine. Pick something new to do each week. Travel more. Make it feel like the relationship is evolving.
You'd be surprised how that works better than what any pill or lingerie can do.

i guess it does, that's why this pharmaceutical companies are raking in cash in the millions or even billions worldwide but for personal experience mine did when i reach 40 but as i started to be active in my exercises and lose some pounds my drive came back and its even much much more intense than before so i guess its just a manner of taking care of yourself and doing the right thing the natural way!

It depends on the guy. There are some guys who never lose interest even without pills and then some who do lose it early on.
