No. They should be tried, if found guilty, immediately hung in public.
I really witnessed a Fla. trooper get murdered as I was driving down U.S. 75. I did the only thing I could for him, get on the 2-way radio and call for help and give a description of the car and what happened. The trooper was shot point blank in the head with his own gun. I couldn't have saved him, but I helped catch his killer before they got to Tampa.
And no, I didn't need a psychiatrist for 'counseling', either. I'm not a namby-pamby liberal that freaks out over any little thing and has to have his hand held.

What is Justice? What you believe is right? Do you believe killing is right? Yes I terrible, but do you really want them to die? Is that right? Think about it, seriously, think about it objectively. I feel revenge and those thought s too, It pisses me off. When I think about death penalty objectively I cant justify my killing them. Seriously, think about it.

That is a good question though, I would give you a thumbs up if I could.

Screw it. I'm from a law enforcement family so my view is a bit biased. If found guilty, these suspects need to have a reserved seat in Old Sparky. http://www.angolamuseum.org/images/chair-2001.jpg

I fail to see how the killing of a person makes the world a warmer place to live, regardless of who does the killing and who is killed. No one asks to be born. Who are you to kill someone who didn't ask to have life in the first place?

Nah. They'll get sent to prison and buttraped. That's worse than lethal injection if you ask me.

I didn't hear or read about that, but anyone who murders someone else deserves to be locked away forever if that is what scares them. If death scares them, then they should be put to death.

A tooth for a tooth and an eye for an eye. Death for death must be the penalty for killing someone.
