Computer technology today, can determine the destruction, radiation levels,
killing zones, and environmental impact on any legally built explosive device
in any government in any country in the world. Live firing of explosives in
Nuclear testing sites would be a moot point except for the ooh's and ahh's
of an actual visual standpoint. Answer: BAD IDEA.

Bad idea! Look at the Toxins Act TSCA-nuclear fuel doesn't come under it.Anything explosive in a site like that is dangerous..remember the love canal, Niagara?
