The thick belt is always a possibility. You can always grab some attention to your stylish hair do with a thick head band1 They are VERY in this season! The toher vinatge option would eb stockings. Black is deffinately a hot color for stockings. LL is sporting that look!

i agree that a thick belt is a way to jazz up a dress but that's almost becoming cliche. the most desirable thing would be to find a dress with a nice cut that needs no extra "dressing up"...no pun intended. pencils and A lines are classic. flare dresses and skirts should be reserved for the spring and summer. leggings though, might still work if you do a sheer stocking type legging with a design as opposed to "tights." the thing is though, you have to OWN your look. don't wear an outfit that looks like its too much for your personal style. but if you're a trendsetter don't be afraid to try something new.

wear a thick belt with dazzling accessories.and leggings were more "in" in the summer 2006.people nowadays would rather be stylish and cold then stylish and warm.i say as long as its cold be warm,wear stockings at least.you can also wear the belt with the stockings.

i totally think that smaller bags are gunna be way better so yeh... and how about a cute headband... but dont make it OTT... and i strongkly believe that shoes that are flat with a zipper on the back and strings around the front... lots of people have them... i have a pair and theyre super comfy! and super cute!

Ohh leggings need to go away!!! I hated them in 2006..so I hate them even more in 07.

i would buy a nice belt that's kinda big.
or get some nice boots in brown or black.
also some necklaces are nice
