The Boost Mobile Phone i855 does not have bluetooth built into the phone. For this reason you will not be able to use any bluetooth earpiece with your phone. In order to use bluetooth earpieces, any phone must have a built in bluetooth feature.

Your boost mobile phone i855 does have a built in speakerphone that is hands free meaning you don't have to hold the phone when talking.
