private meal for two, cooked by a famous sushi chef in japan (whos name i still cant pronounce) 1200 bucks (us dollars)

I spent about $600.00 on a 1 meal, but it was a 5 course meal. OK, it was my Aunt how payed for the meal, I was just a six year old child.

In New Orleans on our wedding night, we spent $90.00 plus tip. Two steak dinners, and very little of anything else. Free bottle of champagne. The steaks were great, (about 6 oz.) but I'd never spend that much again.
We didn't get too full on our dinner. It left plenty of room for Hurricanes at Pat O'Briens for the rest of the evening.

I was out with two old friends of mine I hadn't seen in a long time
and we went to a more expensive place and was there for hours
eating and drinking . My bill was around $70 just for myself. Its
a good thing I had a good time and food was delicious or I would
have been putout by the price.

It was $140 something for 6 people at T.G.I.F's. My husband and I took my stepson, his sister, my niece, and my Mom out to eat before my stepson moved to Houston. That wasn't bad at all for 6 people considering I didn't care for the meal I ordered. I listened to everyone else and ordered something I didn't like. I won't ever make that mistake again.
