i took this pell that my bf got from his aunt she said that this pill would kill the sperm and prevent me getting pregent...his gave me this bowxname ....Plan B and it had one pill that u take after u had unpretected sex and another that u take 12 hrs later...is this the morning after pill....and if it isn't can i take it tommrrow i have unprected sex on friday so what do u ppl think....help me.. oh yeah when can i take a pregancy test....

RU486 and I believe it's just one pill that you have to take it within 48 hours but it's most effective within the first day--not a literal morning after. The pill you got doesn't work if you are already pregnant. It is called Plan B. Here's a link for it

Plan B does NOT kill sperm...Obviously someone doesn't know what they are talking about. Plan B is an abortificant. It prevents the implantation of an already fertlized egg by indusing a period in the female. It is NOT regular birth control. Regular birth control regulates ovulation to prevent fertilization Plan B can not do that. It is only 85% effective in the BEST of cases because if an egg is fertiliaze higher up in the tubes it might not have implanted to begin with and by the time the period is over it CAN implant. Sounds to me as if your boyfriend has no clue as to what he is talking about our he is just telling you this bullshit to have sex with you...So you'd better take a pregnancy test often. Sounds like this time next year you're going to be changing diapers.

Yes that is the morning after pill. The effectiveness of the pill is better if taken within 24 hours since you last had unprotected sex, but you have until 72 hours to take Plan b, after that you're chances of becoming pregnant are pretty high.

Most likely. That is how the Plan B pill works, two pills just like that. Pregnancy tests are not effective till at least 7-10 days after sex. Hope this helps.

Yes the morning after pill is called Plan B. It does not kill the sperm. You should probably educate yourself a little more about pills before you take them, just to be responsible to yourself... and please don't use it as birth control, Plan B is hormones and will really mess with you if you start taking it every time before you have sex.

yes, plan B is the morning after pill. and it is two pills..essentially it's just like taking two birth control pills. if you get it from a clinic they usually give you gravol to take with it too, cause it can make your stomache upset. take it as it's suggested!!!
and don't have unprotected sex! or else you'll have to take the morning after pill again.
you can take a pregnancy test if you miss your period!!
may i suggest going on birth control? if you go to a walk in clinic, they can't tell your parents and usually the doctors there are very nice and understanding.

I believe Plan B is the morning after pill. A pg test should be taken no earily than 3/4 days after. It might tell you on the box though, so you'll have to read it.

im not sure what its called but i do know that you take 1 in the morning witha pill that stops nausia and then another one later in the day again with the other pill for the nausia....

condoms and the birth controll are a much better way of not getting pregnant though...
