I like the name, the spelling is odd... I think the middle name will determine the actuall flow of the name... I will spell it Breanna Brianna or something with less vowels....
I know you were looking for something different, but I'm imagining her sitting in a waiting room while someone stutters over the pronunciation of her name.... Otherwise it's very nice

No. I would take out the U. Is is pronounced Bree OW na? or Bree OO na? If you want something that sounds like Bree Aw na you could spell it Breahnna or Briahnna.

I agree with others about the spelling. Spell it the way people are used to pronouncing it, or make it clear how it's to be pronounced.
Over all, it has a nice flow to it.

No, pick a name with another first letter. Then it is not such a tongue twister, maybe this breaunna could be a middle name. But i do not like it.

like the idea of the name but agree with others on the spelling of it, have you considered adding Lynn as the middle name?
