Are these video cards compatible with my motherboard?

I have an ECS L7VTA2 v2.1 (with agp 4x/8x slot)and athlon xp 2000+. i want to buy a video card to be used for games like Grand Theft Auto and the like.
What can be best suited for my motherboard regarding compatibility issues?

-GeForce FX 5500 256mb/128bit
-GeForce 6200 without TC 256mb/128bit

Both cards should work fine. However, for a power hungry game like Grand Theft Auto I would buy the 6200. Last, make sure when you order the card, your card order says AGP 4x and 8x not the newest PCI that is standard on the newest motherboards..
