Hi how can i automatically put my ads in all the cities of the sites like craigslist, backpage, oodle ,lycos, local etc.
Do you guys have any automated softwares that you might have been using ?

Yip, what you are asking for is illegal and considered spamming... Unfortunately you have to do everything manually which is why SEO's charge a fair amount for link building.
I suggest you write articles about your website and any specials that you are offering or discoveries that you have made (depending on what your website is about). I have list of free directories and article websites which you can post into which will help build your backlinks to your website...
