Pack the ice around a piston. The ice cools the air in the piston as it melts, causing the air inside to contract, moving the piston. The moving piston is connected to a dynamo, generating electricity. The electricity is connected to an electric stove, which boils water.

Of course, this way you'll need a ton of ice to boil a little bit of water...

ice at high temperature will melt the ice and boil the water...its all the same thing at different physical states and the water boils off to steam...

go to uranus because it gets so hot there that water boils into realy realy hot ice and you can boil water with it
