imoved into this nice house --i thought th e bathroom keeps over flowing over with dodo tub and toielt its sicking the first time the owner tryed to blame us we soon found out its happen before well to hurry up the story its the 7 time.this has happen tne owner hangs up when i call for her to fix it she wont talk to me i am so depress tonight it happen again and broke down in tears i cant bath or use bathroom i am a good tennent and always pay my rent but i need to do something please help the has come 6 times a pi[pe needs to be fixed this all wek ive been calling her she hasnt done anytinng

septic tank is probably full. tell her if she doesnt come fix it you will pay for a plumber with your rent money. just cause youre a woman dont let your scum lord take advantage of you. I've seen it happen. tell him to get f*cked. it's not your fault there is somthing wrong you need a plumber.

Sounds like an old plumbing problem, and she knows it.
Is it a single home?
Are there Elm trees in other big trees around the house
and in the yard? If so tree roots could be messing
up the pipes. A place I rented had dodo in the shower and drain, and it wasn't mine. Yuck, there are just somethings you know. It happened a couple of times.
What does the lease say? A Lawyer's advice would help.

Call the Better Business Bureau and place a complaint.

I'd call the police. When they can't do anything; at least their report/being there makes a public report!
