I know a lot of little girls named Breanna. Although not spelled the way you have it.
I'm sorry but I think that name is used way too much. (Kind of like there are tons of Jennifer's and Michelle's in a certain age group. They are both beautiful names, but how may did you go to school with? I can count more than the fingers on both my hands)
I don't mind the Boston as a middle name if it has special meaning to you. Was she conceived there? Is that where you and her father met?? Or do you just really like it?

the way you've spelled the first name contradicts English laws - when she gets in school, she's going to ask you why you spelled it wrong. Either that, or her teachers are going to be constantly "correcting" it!
