I live with a fairly rare but serious condition called cardiomyopathy. As always, I live each moment with passion, conviction and love, so each moment is full and complete. There is nothing to add and there is nothing missing from the present. Saying "I might have" and "I could have" is useless - the best you can say is "I did it" or "I didn't do it". No matter what time I was told I had left on this earth, I would not change this way of living.

I'd book a nice spot in the cemetery for myself. Pretty self explanitory why I'm not doing that right now. Then I'd take out loads of credit and go travelling the world. Again.
Then I'd tell all the people I care about not to be sorry when I pass, I've lived a full and exting life and I'll come back and haunt them and make thier lives a misery if I find out they've been feeling sory for me.
Maybe get a tattoo on my neck and pick some fights with really hard pub doormen. I'd consider doing something bad to a racist or to someone who has ruined another persons life too.

I don't think I'd rush around all over the place. I would make sure I did the things I enjoy and I'd spend time with the people I love most. I agree with the the person who talked about the quality of those last months. Why try to extend your life by a few months if it means that time is spent in misery, not just for you but the people around you.
I have a friend who is dying of inoperable Cancer, At the moment the treatment is bearable for her but I know she has decided that after this bout of chemo enough is enough. two out of every three weeks is miserable and the third is spent gearing herself up for the next Chemo. she'd rather enjoy the end of her life without the added misery of the treatment that will only give her a few more months at the most.

I would move back to The Netherlands, where my parents live, qwuit working and spend most of the rest of my life visiting my friends from all over the world. I travelled a lot, so I have friends across the globe. I would visit all the countries remaining on my travel list (Cuba, Thailand, Indonesia, Russia, Chile, etc)
I would make love to my boyfriends at least twice a day, I would get married to him and throw an immense wedding party.
I would apologise to all those people I have hurt in the past, to end things on a clean slate.
And of course I would arrange my funeral and will.

I would write letters to all my family for them to keep, bringing out memories of favourite times and happenings.Tell them (yet again) how much I love and treasure them all.Write names on the back of all the old family photos so their identities are not lost forever.I would have the chance to be more generous than usual and eat badly. As the time drew near I would take off to my sisters house in British Columbia. You lie in her bed and look out onto a wild forest .The trees are right up to the window and sometimes bears wander past. This is where I will make my transition. Now you've made me cry.My imagination is too good I guess!I've done loads in my life so these final loving gentle things are all I need

I would live life to the fullest. If I were you I would try to make amends for any thing you regret in your life. I would also try to get closer with my family and travel. See everything you want to see. A friend once told me "if you life everyday like it was your last, then you would accomplish so much in your life." It is a good philosophy to live by.

I would live the remainder of my life, with family and friends. Before my dad died, he asked me if he should take the chemo treatments. The Dr. told him it would probably make him sick. I asked dad, "do you want the quality or the quantity of life"? He opted for the quality. We had a few GREAT last memories.

I'd go sky diving
I'd go Rocky Mountain climbing
I'd go 2.7 seconds on a bull named 'Fu Manchu'
and I'd love deeper
and I'd speak sweeter
and I'd give forgiveness I'd been denying
Someday I hope you get the chance
To live like you were dying.

I would certainly stop working immediately. This is not an option at the moment as there are always bills to pay!
