well the entire ground floor of my house needs new floorboards, new insulation, wiring needs fixed, we need a new water heater actually 2 of them, and im thinking of knocking out a wall and putting in another bathroom. oh oh and central air, when do you want to come over=)

I have a pony wall that separates my dining room and living room, I hate it and want it taken down. That would be first on my list.
