I'm incredibly proud of anyone who break habits like that. Cutting.....it's a vicious cycle. Cut because things are bad in your life, but cutting reminds you of those bad things, so you keep cutting....well, that was a friend of mine's theory.
It's hard, but it's well worth it.

I am really happy for you, I used to do the same thing, sometimes I get upset and think about doing it, but I have been cut free for six years now

that's awesome. it's hard to quit, I know.. especially if you had a bad day, something happened, etc. etc.
maybe you should go get a henna (temporary) tattoo on the place where you DIDN'T cut, like a badge of honor? something beautiful where you chose not to do something ugly.
good luck breaking the habit.
