can't view webcam..says behind firewall?

you will have to allow the firewall to let the webcam through this is called making an exeption, if you go into your firewall and look for settings or exeptions or applications allowed and look for your webcam and allow it full access to the web

Click the Ctrl key on your keyboard, hold it down, before you click the link. That will temporarily disable your firewall until your link goes through..good luck..

try turning off your firewall! mine has 3 Windows, Norton's Anti Virus, and Aol so try turning off your Windows firewall first and see what happens
