Well... how about Grace? One meaning of grace is forgiveness.
A clean slate.
Which leads me to Slate for a boy's name.
Slate Zacchaeus - literally means a pure slate. (Zacchaeus was also given a new beginning. Luke 19)
Or... Any combination you like of names meaning 'New' and 'Day' or 'Dawn.'
New:
Nova/Novia
Neo
Day/Dawn:
Asa
Aurora
Asalie
Dawn
Iola
Orianna
Roxana
Roxanne
Sahar
Tarana
Zarah
Zerlinda
Zora

I'm Somali too, 18 years old. I totally get what you're going through. I'm also not attracted to Somali boys. But it's just all personal preference. Not all Somalis are shady or attention seekers. You can't generalize an entire community based on some people. It might not make much of a difference to you, but you have to embrace what you are. Don't hate it, just be you, if not wearing a hijab is what you want go ahead. But you shouldn't take it to the point of hating what you are. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter what you are, Somali, mixed race or whatever.

I don't know about second chance, but I was the "Last Chance" for my mom and dad to have and raise a child, that's what my parents say. So my dad named me Chancy, if I was a boy it was going to be Chance. I always wondered where they got my name, pretty cool huh? Well, good luck!

The closest thing that I could find was Anuva for a girl which means "new beginning" in Russian.
Good luck in your search. I will let you know if I find anything else.
