this guy's penis is two shades of color, the top part is pink and the rest is brown, is that normal?

Yeah, basically an uncircumcised penis has one long piece of skin covering it (that doubles up on the head). The visible skin is composed differently than the hidden "inner" skin.

So when a penis is circumcised, that entire skin is shortened -- mostly they remove outer-skin so what happens is that the inner-skin which would be touching the head if it were long enough is exposed on the shaft.

So, the pink skin is the inner-skin and the brown is the outer. And all guys have the two kinds, though varying amounts and varying subtleties depending on how the penis was cut.

uhm, yup that is normal...
sometimes the penis would be a darker shade then the rest of the body even.

It's normal for him. No two penises are identical. So what if he has a two-toned willy? Evidently he's not concerned about it. End of problem.

yes, obviously he was circumcised. it is very normal for circumcised guys to look like that.
