the Samsung K5 rocks my world.
it has it's own speakers.
a 1gb, is 150 bucks. and then the price goes up for every available memory. i think a 2gb is around 200 bucks and a 4gb is 250-300-ish.
i totally love this mp3 player. it doesn't play videos though, but that's the only downside to it.

Creative's Zen line is probably still (distantly) second in popularity to the iPod family in spite of Microsoft's hopes for the Zune. However, you could count each distinct variation of the various iPods seperately and they'd still probably take all ten of the top ten spots (black/white 80GB, black/white 30GB, black 8GB, blue/green/pink 4GB, silver 2GB, and 1GB shuffle).
