There really should be, because the people who need help figuring something out with their instrument, or which to get, are constantly outpaced and shoved off the main page by questions like:
"What's this song? The lyrics are 'Oh baby' that's all I knoe thx"
I usually have to search a few pages back to answer some questions that people really need answered that a quick google search can't fix.

Great idea.. Thought about it too. Maybe Yahoo will start one under music. Music is such a broad category anyway..
