You can either buy a video and learn to do it or look for a Hawaiian or Tahitian club in your area who can teach you. Good luck.

Well, the best way is to go to a club where you can learn it, it also helps if you know other similar dances like Hawaiian, my aunt is a Taithian and Hawaiian instructor but in Mexico, also practice at home and try not to lose classes =)
