Hello,
My daughter was 10 when she began having severe migraines. She was throwing up almost daily and couldn't participate in P.E. or dance. I took her to the specialist and he wrote a prescription. I never filled it. A friend of mine told me about mangosteen juice, the highest quality brand was what she introduced me to. I tried that instead of medications and on a couple of ounces per day, my daughter had relief. She was back in dance and gym withing 3 days, no longer throws up and she is very healthy and NOT on medication. I hope this helps you too.

I use White Willow Bark. If you live on a farm, more than likely it's abundant and you can brew your own tea (warning, it tastes nasty, but it works). Or you can buy the capsules at any health food or drug store. You might want to increase your fluid intake as well. Headaches are the first sign of dehydration. I used to get very severe migraines, after I started consuming 3 litres (3 qt.) of water a day, they went away.

I bet you may have a lot of stress in your daily life, that is why you have a headache. I recommend you should start taking vitamin supplements such as Vitamin a,b,c then get a good night sleep that will help.

Make sure you're properly hydrated. Most people do not intake adequate water daily and this can sometimes be the cause of chronic headaches.

I have not tried it, but I have heard that a few drops of pepperment oil/essence on the forehead works. Good luck with getting rid of your headaches.

Blue eyd Blondie and Trouble are right. Make sure that you're hydrated and use light pressure between thumb and forefinger and kind of massage the pain out.
