help me, what are the best ways to discover your talents? i don't know if i am actually good at anything!

Try different things that sound slightly interesting to you. But do them a few times before giving up on them to give them a chance. You might discover you have a few talents and even if some of the things you try you might not be good at, then at least you'll a little of something new.

What interests you? Can you do something within an interest.
Eg. You love music. Can you sing? Would you want to try playing a particular instrument?
Rate yourself on a scale of 1 to 10 on anything you have ever done. Ask your family and friends to help.
Then, work hard at improving anything that currently has a rating above 5. If you bring some up to 8, then work at making those a 10.

Think about the things that you like to do in your current life.

Think about the things that you could use your current skills to do.

Think about your dreams and aspirations, goals and desires.

Think about people who you idolise and what they do.

I like crafts and I have always wanted to be a teacher (because I respected my teachers when I was at school). I really want to expand my social skills and I want to meet new people. I am seriously thinking of teaching crafts to women's groups.

Ask friends and family for their opinions. Try new things, sports, music , the arts, drawing, etc. See what you enjoy doing. Hope it goes well.
