I don't know if there is a cure for it or not but I do know there are illnesses that cause these type's of problems. However, there are medications that can help with it. To name a few, Lyrica and Neurontin. I experience numbness/tingling very often because I have Multiple Sclerosis. If it continues, I would definitely see a doctor, a Neurologist. That is one of the beginning symptoms......I don't mean to scare you but it is something to be concerned about. Hope this helps!

Hello,
I would check out a circulation problem that may be related to cardio-vascular. Do you have high blood pressure? Have you checked lately? I would go to the Dr. for a c-reactive protein test. Alot of people do not know about this, but it measures the amount of inflammation in your body. Dr. Vaughn Johnson targets alot of issues with first using this test and then putting his patients on mangosteen juice. He has reported that levels of .55 went down to .2 indicating a reduction in inflammation. Inflammation is the root of all disease and especially with tingling sensations in the hands and feet may indicate cardi-vascular issues. Do go and have this test if you are able and research the juice for your own use.

Try this: Rub your hands together really fast until they are warm, then put them about a foot in length from each other. puh them together till you feel the energy. You are a natural energy healer. Look up energy work with your hands. A lot of people can't feel what you can. You have the ability to balance others energy field, as well as your own.

Sounds like a circulation problem. Have you recently had an injury in your arm? Is too much cholesterol a problem? Do you have the same problem in your feet? Any problems with nerve damage? All these things are related.
