sierra city, ca is 48 miles away from the nearest mcdonalds.
moraga, california doesn't have one. neither does alamo, california
north korea probably doesn't and sealand for sure doesn't have one. easter island doesn't have one.
luxemborg is not on mcdonalds website either.
i think jehovah's witnesses are in more places than mcdonalds

Mc Donalds's is popular in big cites over the world, but not so much in the others countries. In Romania, my country ..., there are 30. 6 of them in the capital city aka Bucharest. In my town, Galati, there's only one. There are poor countries where this kind of food is still expensive.

Tavistock, UK. There used to be one there but the town introduced healthy meals in their school cafeterias and forced it out of business because the kids were being fed properly and didn't need it anymore.
