When I worked at a photolab we didn't have the policy to take "naughty" pics away unless we thought the participants were under age. Other places like Walmart does though, they just refuse to give you back those pictures.

I'm sure they dont throw them away. They probably have a secret photo album out back with a collection of all the confiscated naughty pics!

yes, they certainly were. it also depends on who the tech is. some are cool enough to beef with you about it, but I think it's a policy they have to follow now or they'll get canned for not cooperating. What kind of photos are you taking to have to be thrown out? Nevermind!
