I live overseas with a laptop, no TV and would like to follow games as close as possible. Any and all suggestions will do.

Go to NFL.com then click on scores look for your team then in the same box where ur team is look for Game stats click on it , I check the game there when is not on TV .

This isn't any help with your question really, but ESPN and other have game tracker. I think Yahoo! has game channel. You can't watch the games, but at least you can know near real time what is happening.
